The Okamoto VRG 6DX is a high productivity  600mm diameter rotary table grinding machine with a Vertical spindle with segmented wheels . 

Vertical down feed is used with the wheelhead with 12 segments to give a rotary or cross hatch surface finish to suit application

For long lasting precision the column can be  table can be re-alignment if required.

The Okamoto PRG DXNC Precision rotary table grinding machine is a Horizontal spindle CNC rotary table grinding machine. 

This machine has a portal design, with moving column crossfeed. The table is in constant rotary motion, which adapts automatically to the changing grinding diameter. 

For long lasting precision the table can be pivoted up to ± 3° for calibration /re-alignment if required.

The Okamoto Aero Lap is a Finishing system for polishing/lapping irregular profiles. it offers extremely fine lapping of irregular profiles, AERO LAP is also equipped for small tools and parts. The special suspension multi-cone media enables an automated lapping process without changing the geometry of the components. Multicone is a special elastic carrier medium to which diamond powder has been added. The media is directed onto the workpiece via a nozzle from a special turbine.
