DF Precision Machinery gives 5% of its profits to Charity

Supporting charities and local community is important to DF

As they say "every little helps", and despite not being a large business, we do want to help where we can by supporting charities and good causes. The environment is important too, but more on that below.

DF has donated to well know charities such as, Mind and Rainbows Children's Hospice, as well as more local ones such as Leicester Animal Aid, the Leicester Riders Foundation, and sponsoring local sports teams to provide kits / equipment.

DF also plant 3000 square metres of UK woodland each year

To cover our first 2 years trading DF have already planted over 2500 trees overseas to match, or exceed our order volume, and have also funded 6000 square metres of UK woodland via the national trust, so we can also support and protect the UK's own natural environment.

We have invested in capital equipment to recycle cardboard for use when packing goods, We use partially recycled tape and re-use packing materials and boxes where possible to reduce the amount of plastics used when packing goods for shipment.
